Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial operations using SAP B1.

Candidate will handle the full Accounts Payable cycle, expense management, and provide broader support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• AP Management : End-to-end booking of Vendor/AP invoices in SAP B1 and performing 3-way matching.
• Payments & Banking : Accounting for vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS) and performing bank reconciliations.
• Expense Accounting : Booking and reconciling corporate credit card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Tax Compliance : Ensuring accurate TDS deduction and assisting with GST (GSTR-2B) reconciliations.
• General Accounting : Supporting month-end closing, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.
• Ad-hoc Tasks : Undertaking miscellaneous finance and administrative projects as assigned to support the department.

Requirements:

• Software : Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Education : B.Com, M.Com, or Inter-CA.
• Skills : Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, TDS, and GST.
• Excel : Proficient in LOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Traits : High accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and good communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Days : Monday to Saturday (6-day work week).
• Timings : 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Note : Must be flexible with extended working hours during month-end closing and audit deadlines.
