Duties and Responsibilities

·      TDS Return Filing & Payment

·      GST filling & Payment

·      Responsible for client compliances and deliverables -TDS & Profession Tax

·      Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST

·      Prepare payments by verifying documents and requesting disbursement.

·      Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

·      Preparing Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, E way bill etc.

·      Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.

·      Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month

·      Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions

·      Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner

·      Co-ordinate with auditor for helping in audit related queries

·      Follow up with Warehouse for Inventory management

Skills required

· Knowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST and TDS

· Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word

· Good understanding of accounting principles

· Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work

· Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
