• Roles & ResponsibilitiesBooking and retrieving purchase bills from ERP for payment processing
• Maintaining records of purchase bills, due dates, and rates
• Verifying bills and preparing weekly payment reports
• Assisting in tax processing, invoice tax reports, and TDS deductions as per applicable terms
• Managing petty cash, payments, and expense entries
• Preparing vendor cheques and managing online payment sheets in ERP
• Maintaining books of accounts including:
• 
  
• Cash Book
• Bank Book
• Bank Reconciliation
• Payment Register
• Handling filing, record keeping, and voucher maintenance
• Checking and preparing payment entries and vouchers
• Coordinating and communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email and letters
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly work and collection reports
• Required SkillsSound knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
