Job Position: Manager - Accounts / Finance
Key responsibilities:
•	Overall supervision of the company's day to day functioning of the Accounts and Finance functions including MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs, etc in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards.
•	Overseeing the process, monitoring and approval of all Payables and Receivables
•	Full knowledge of Tally and all types of entries.
•	To be responsible for all financial reporting including P & L and maintaining an MIS of Finance and accounts department. 
•	Developing and implementation of suitable internal control systems in the department.
•	To manage budgeting, forecasting and workflows across departments of the organization & assisting with financial forecasting and the preparation of budgets.
•	Enhance financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, trends and recommend points of improvement with execution.
•	Involved in corporate planning during organizational restructuring at all levels.
Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.
•	Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures and report to the management timely.
•	To drive new initiatives and ways of working within the department.
•	Co-ordinate with the Sales, Billing, and other departments with relevant information in a timely manner for smooth operations.
•	Coordinate with teams for queries related to vendors, customers’ payments, payroll, etc.
•	Understanding of financial reporting on business performance and improving efficiency / minimizing queries from time to time.
•	To ensure all finance-related matters ensure consistent compliance with company policy.
•	To Manage Day-to-Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on a weekly/monthly basis.
•	Handle audits and taxation-related issues with compliance & work on all direct and Indirect tax compliances. Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance.
•	Responsible for the preparation of Management reports in accordance with Indian Company Law.
•	Responsible for monthly on-time reporting including scheduled reviews and year-end audit.
•	Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule and keep the management informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status.
•	Manage intra departments tasks which include the allocation of work, personnel training, and problem/query resolution, evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions by motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
•	Manage time well and possesses strong organizational skills.
•	Support projects and perform any other duties as and when required by the management.


Qualification & Experience:

•	Qualification required is 10 to 15 yrs of experience in Corporate Finance, import, and export. 
•	Must be well-versed in corporate finance and accounting systems, procedures & practices.
•	 Should be able to manage a team, implement budgetary systems, and budget control.
•	Should have excellent analytical & communication skills along with a pleasing personality.
•	Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time.
