About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with strong expertise in international accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial ERP or automation tools (like Zoho Finance Suite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally Prime), and a deep understanding of foreign exchange (forex) operations, remittances, international taxation, and cost-benefit analysis.

This role requires a strategic professional who can manage global accounts, streamline reporting, ensure compliance, and automate financial processes to support business scalability.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for both domestic and international business units.
• Handle forex management, international remittances, and multi-currency transactions ensuring accurate conversion, hedging, and compliance with RBI/ FEMA guidelines.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, budget forecasts, financial projections, and cost-benefit analyses for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, VAT, GST, TDS, and cross-border tax regulations.
• Lead monthly/annual closures, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions for remittance, forex, and funding-related matters.
• Supervise vendor payments, invoice automation, reconciliations, and expense control mechanisms.
• Manage VC reporting, investment compliance, and fund utilization transparency.
• Automate financial processes, billing, and analytics using cloud-based finance tools or AI-driven reporting dashboards.
• Required Skills & Experience:7–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance with international exposure.
• Proficiency in finance automation tools / ERPs (Zoho Finance, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of forex management, international remittances, and cross-border taxation.
• Strong analytical skills in MIS reporting, cash flow forecasting, and cost-benefit evaluation.
• Proven experience with financial compliance, VAT/GST, and investment or VC reporting.
• Excellent command over Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting automation platforms.
• Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Preferred Tools & Platforms:Financial ERPs like Zoho Finance Suite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally Prime
• MS Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-based reporting tools
• Banking portals for forex, remittance, and reconciliation tracking
