Accountant

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions using Tally and Excel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practical experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, and data entry. Familiarity with QuickBooks or Zoho Books is a plus but not mandatory.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily financial records using Tally ERP
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, reconciliation, and MIS
• Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance
• Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash management
• Support in monthly and yearly closing of books
• Generate and maintain invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with external CA or auditors when required
• Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho Books will be considered an advantage
