Package: ₹ 5.5 lacs - 6 lacs PA Not limited to correct candidate's

Only Corporate experience required:

Responsible for balance sheet finalization , bank reconciliation , profit & loss, Debtors Ageing , Statutory Compliance, Bank Gauratee, Letter Of Credit, Fund Flow , Cash Flow,Co-ordination with CA.

Role & responsibilities

Manage finance, accounting, taxation, activities through in house and external teams.

Oversee day to day planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities.

Ensure proper forecasting, strategic planning, risk management, costing, working capital management, budgeting & finalization of accounts.

Ensure proper compliance for statutory and legal requirements.

Review and finalize annual budget .

Comply with all audit requirements and maintaining relations with respective auditors.

Manage cash flow appropriately .

Represent company to different banks.

Resource mobilization and monitoring fund movement, negotiation with banks/FIs on terms of credit, pricing, charges and improvement in external rating of the company.

Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budget, ledger and account maintenance.

Ensure credibility of company by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecast and monitoring of business and financial performance through MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in Finance & Accounts or relevant role.

In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Proficient in the use of MS Office, Advance Excel, Tally

Ability to strategize and solve problems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and people skills.

An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
