Job Description
- Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain books of accounts for clients using Tally / other accounting software
- Prepare ledger accounts, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet
- Reconcile bank statements, debtors, creditors, and statutory balances
- Taxation (Direct & Indirect)Assist in preparation and filing of:
- Income Tax Returns (ITR – Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies)
- GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C)
- Compute taxable income, TDS/TCS workings, and advance tax
- Handle basic notices under Income Tax and GST (drafting replies under supervision)
- Audit & AssuranceAssist in statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and GST audit assignments
- Prepare audit working papers, schedules, confirmations, and checklists
- Support seniors in finalisation of accounts and audit reports
- Compliance & RegulatoryROC compliances: AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.
- Support LLP and company compliance documentation
- Maintain proper client documentation and compliance trackers
- Client CoordinationCoordinate with clients for data collection and clarifications
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending information
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication
