Job Description
We are hiring for accountant in Andheri west
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Zoho Books.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including client billing, government fee payments, and vendor expenses.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, payment receipts, and tax documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, GST returns, TDS, etc.) as required.
- Coordinate with legal/registration staff to track and log stamp duty payments and service charges.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding client payments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and government regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks as necessary.
