Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of taxation, Tally, and Excel, with hands-on experience in GST and TDS filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance – TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT Returns.
• Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS/TCS returns.
• Prepare Form 16A & 16 and handle TDS e-payments.
• Check and audit all expenses before posting into books.
• Coordinate with CA for internal/statutory audits and finalization of accounts.
• Manage Cost Center-based MIS and maintain accounts in Tally.
• Handle petty cash, bank reconciliation, and banking operations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including provisions and vouchers.
• Reconcile Debtors & Creditors accounts and process payments.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain systematic financial records.
• Maintain Sales, Purchase, Receipt, and Payment entries in Tally.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, banks, and external partners.
