Accountant

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and statutory requirements
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Monitor financial transactions and recommend process improvements
