Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities (Included But Not Restricted)

• Accounting for all given accounts (Company & Family)
• Managing client accounts by releasing estimates, invoices, and payment follow-ups via calls and emails 
• Managing business accounts to track yearly growth
• Salary and payroll to employees by contacting the bank.
• Taking care of all Sales and purchases in current accounts and closing GST on time
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).
• Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensuring tax compliance and preparing tax returns. (TDS Return, GST Return) 
• Conducting internal audits and implementing controls.
• Analyzing financial data for insights
• Contributing to financial planning and strategies.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Utilizing accounting software and technology
• Communicating financial information effectively.
• Providing financial advice and insights
• Upholding ethical standards
