About the Role:

Navkarmik Infra is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks
• Monitor project-wise accounting and cost tracking
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Support management with MIS and financial reports

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
