Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the hospital’s financial records, billing support, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally 9, and good knowledge of taxation, along with excellent computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally 9
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers
• Manage hospital billing records, receipts, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with , TDS, and other applicable taxes
• Assist in tax calculations, filings, and audits
• Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per hospital policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Tally 9
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email, hospital software)
• Sound knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, basic income tax)
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant (hospital or healthcare experience preferred)

• Experience in hospital accounts or healthcare industry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
