Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Billing
- Create Sales Invoices with GST
- credit note and debit note
- Prepare Proforma Invoices and Purchase order
- maintain expense sheet and vouchers
- Maintain invoice accuracy as per GST rules
- Coordinate with sales team for billing details
- Customer account creation in accounting software
- Create and record Purchase Orders (PO)
- Verify purchase entries with invoices
- Vendor account maintenance
- Maintain customer outstanding reports
- Share regular outstanding statements with sales/team
- Follow up for pending payments as per instruction
- Maintain stock entries (inward & outward)
- Perform stock reconciliation with physical stock
- Coordinate with store/dispatch team for mismatch resolution
- Sales report

- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Software Knowledge (Mandatory):Tally / sap / ERP software
- MS Excel ( intermediate)
- GST billing knowledge
