Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts, journals, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST compliance, returns, reconciliations, and notices
- Manage TDS calculation, returns, and statutory compliance
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record and verify salaries, income, and cash vouchers
- Prepare and post journal vouchers
- Handle Professional Tax (PT) calculation and compliance
- Generate and manage E-way bills
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports and support budgeting activities
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
