Key Responsibilities & Job Description

• Accounting Operations: Maintain day-to-day data entry of vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Compliance & Tax: Manage GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile GST data, and handle TDS calculations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and manage petty cash.
• Inventory & Invoicing: Generate purchase orders, invoices, and manage inventory records.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, updated financial records and assist with audits. Tally Solutions +6

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of TallyPrime (and preferably Tally ERP 9).
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and statutory compliance (GST/TDS).
• Tools: Proficient in MS Excel.
• Education: Typically requires a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Generally 1-3 years in a similar role.
