Candidate Requirement – Chartered Accountant Firm

We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should possess good exposure and hands-on experience in the following areas:

Income Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Handling Tax Audit compliances under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Knowledge of assessment/reassessment procedures and handling departmental notices.

Audit & Assurance

• Statutory Audit of Companies, including Listed Companies, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Standards on Auditing (SAs).
• Preparation of Audit Reports, CARO, and reporting under SEBI/ICAI guidelines.
• Experience in internal/concurrent audits will be an added advantage.

Direct & Indirect Taxation

• Advisory and compliance under GST Law – including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliations.
• Handling GST audit, assessments, and departmental replies.
• Sound understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax advisory.

Valuation & Insolvency

• Knowledge/experience in Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets as per the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
• Exposure to assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, including assistance in CIRP, Liquidation, and Personal Guarantor matters.
