Accountant

Role Summary The Accountant – E-commerce & Quick Commerce will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and invoicing for online sales channels, with a strong focus on Tally operations, GST compliance, and settlement reconciliation. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare GST-compliant invoices for e-commerce and quick commerce sales (B2C & B2B).

• Handle invoicing and settlements for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.

• Record sales, returns, discounts, commissions, and logistics charges accurately in Tally.

• Reconcile marketplace settlement reports with books of accounts.

• Account for TCS, TDS, platform fees, payment gateway charges, and promotional deductions.

• Create and manage credit notes and debit notes as per GST regulations.

• Ensure correct HSN codes, GST rates, and place-of-supply treatment.

• Assist in monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GSTR-2B reconciliation.

• Maintain proper records for audits and statutory compliance. Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory).

• Practical knowledge of e-commerce and quick commerce accounting.

• Good understanding of GST, TCS on e-commerce, and interstate transactions.

• Ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy.

• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or manufacturing environment preferred
