Accountant (Tally Prime Experienced)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years experience in Tally Prime to handle day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, disciplined, and capable of handling accounting entries independently. This role is suitable for someone looking for a stable, long-term position in a professional office environment.

Candidates staying on Western Line (up to Borivali) will be preferred for convenience.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Experience Required:

2–3 years experience in Tally Prime

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Knowledge of GST entries preferred

Skills Required:

Good working knowledge of Tally Prime

Good spoken English

Good written English

Basic knowledge of Excel preferred

Attention to detail

Responsible and disciplined attitude

Candidate Criteria:

Age: 25 – 40 years

Candidate should be punctual, honest, and willing to work long term.

Office Policy:

Non-vegetarian food is not allowed inside the office premises. Candidates should be comfortable following this policy.

Job Responsibilities:

Making accounting entries in Tally Prime

Purchase and sales entries

Bank reconciliation

Maintaining proper financial records

Invoice checking and data entry

Expense tracking

Basic GST related entries

Coordination with Chartered Accountant when required

Ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and reports
