Accountant/ Accounts Executive

• Assist with basic TDS and GST-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain GST working files and perform monthly GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books).
• Prepare TDS working, ensure timely deductions, and reconcile with Form 26AS.
• Track TDS and GST payable, and coordinate for timely filing support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting-related data or clarifications.
• Preparing the work for GST, TDS and Various other taxes
• Preparing a monthly income statement
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for clarifications and approvals.
• Maintain accounting records and support monthly financial closing activities.
• Utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively for reporting and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

·        2 to 5 years of experience in accounting operations.

·        Working knowledge of TDS and GST.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
