Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Bookkeeping & Transactions: Maintaining accurate records of daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable

Compliance & Audit: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasting financial performance.

Analysis: Reviewing expenses, tracking financial health, and providing recommendations to management for cost reduction. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Certifications: CA Inter or equivalent certification is often preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
