Job Description
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of exports using Tally ERP software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Handle cash flow and working capital management to maintain liquidity.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns within deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally, including purchase, sales, receipts, expenses, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly income statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
