Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily transactions, including payables, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, monitoring performance against budgets, and financial planning.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, laws, and internal hotel policies.

Audits: Support internal and external auditors and help resolve audit findings.

Analysis: Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and improve financial performance.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and detailed financial records and files.

Cross-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail.

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
