Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & ReportingPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
- 2. Accounts Payable & ReceivableManage vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Verify and process expense reports and reimbursements.
- 3. Compliance & TaxationEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT/GST, income tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
- 4. Payroll ManagementProcess payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure statutory deductions and contributions are properly handled.
- 5. Financial Controls & AnalysisImplement and monitor internal control systems.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- 6. ERP & Systems ManagementMaintain accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial systems.
