Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Account Executive with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Solar EPC / Construction / Engineering industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, and day-to-day accounting operations.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Vendor bill verification and payment processing
• Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny
• Petty cash management
• 🔹 Taxation & CompliancePreparation & filing support for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• TDS calculation & reconciliation
• E-invoicing & E-way bill generation
• Coordination with CA for statutory compliance
• 🔹 Financial ReportingMonthly MIS reporting
• Expense tracking and cost analysis
• Support in finalization of accounts
• Maintain project-wise expense records (preferred for EPC)
• 🔹 CoordinationLiaison with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and compliance records
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GST & TDS
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in Solar / EPC / Construction industry preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com preferred
