Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update financial data in accounting software (Tally / SAP / Excel).
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and account records.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation (preferred).
