Job Description
Accounting Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain sales and purchase data and assist external accounting professional with that data for gst and tds filing.
- Maintaining Bill of Materials used in tally software for products made by production team
• Maintaining MIS for receivables.
Operations Management Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning .
• Manage physical inventory, supply chain, and procurement processes.
• Handling dispatches and packaging of product and follow up with logistics partner to give timely update to clients regarding their shipment status
• Co ordinating with delivery partners and ensuring timely delivery of parcels to the designated locations.
