Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who has good knowledge of billing and basic accounting. The candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day accounts work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing sales & purchase bills/invoices
• Handling GST billing and basic compliance
• Maintaining accounts in Excel/Tally
• Tracking payments, outstanding, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with vendors and clients for billing-related queries
• Assisting in day-to-day accounting work

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounts/billing
• Good knowledge of billing process and GST basics
• Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is must
• Basic understanding of accounting entries
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible and disciplined

Working Hours: ________

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience)
