Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing reports, commission / incentive calculations, and bank reconciliation.
• Data Management: Accurately input sales data and verify into genio system using genio software.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure compliance with KYC verification and provide accounting support for their queries.
• Assist in month-end and annual closing activities and support internal and external audits.

Technical Skills: 

• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUP data validation, and Basic Excel formulas) are essential.
• Proficiency in the full MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP or Tally) is preferred and optional.
• Creating pivot tables, charts, and summary reports from raw sales data
• Basic knowledge of Macros/VBA can be a significant asset for automating repetitive sales reporting tasks is preferred and optional.

• Customer Service Orientation to address queries and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, management) to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
