Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities 

• Billing & Accounting on Tally: Prepare invoices and pass accounting entries on Tally (sales/purchase/expenses/journal etc.)
• Collections & Receivables: Oversee payment collections including follow-ups via email/WhatsApp and collection calls
• Vendor Payments & Banking: Coordinate vendor payments and process outward payments via RTGS/NEFT/cheques with proper approvals and documentation
• CA Coordination: Coordinate with CA’s team for routine accounting support, reconciliations, and compliance data requirements
• Cash & Documentation: Maintain cash register, check vouchers, and ensure proper filing/documentation
• Stock & Credit Control: Maintain stock records and support dispatch approvals as per credit limits/outstanding position
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly MIS as per management requirement
• Investments Records: Maintain records, filing, and coordination for Mutual Funds, Bank FDs, PMS companies, etc.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good understanding of banking / payments processes
• Experience: preferably 2+ years in accounts role
• Good communication and follow-up skills (email + WhatsApp + calls)
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
