Accounts Executive

Role Brief:

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience in managing e-commerce accounts

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and vendor/client payments.
• Ensure accurate accounting of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Verify and reconcile client and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for regular stock updates.
• Handle accounting and reconciliations related to Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

Desired Candidate Profiles:

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably with e-commerce exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to join within 15 days.
