Experience: CA Fresher or CA with 0–2 years of experience. Candidates with articleship exposure to taxation, audit, or financial reporting preferred.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher / up to 2 years experience) who will manage Indian and international finance operations including accounting, compliance, forex transactions, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical capability and financial discipline while coordinating with CA firms, auditors, and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities·        

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

·        Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.

·        Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.

·        Coordinate with external CA firms and auditors for audits and compliance.

·        Handle international payments, remittances, and forex transactions.

·        Ensure compliance with RBI / FEMA guidelines for cross-border payments.

·        Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial projections, and maintain cash reserves.

·        Ensure accurate invoicing and timely inward payments from clients.

·        Manage accounts receivable and payable processes ensuring zero payment errors.

·        Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.

·        Conduct cost-benefit analysis for financial decisions.

·        Implement and manage ERP/accounting tools such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally.

·        Automate billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.

Required Skills·        

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation

·        Understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

·        Exposure to audit, financial statements, and regulatory compliance

·        Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for financial analysis

·        Understanding of forex, remittances, and multi-currency transactions

·        Experience with ERP or accounting software

Preferred Qualifications·        

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or up to 2 years experience

·        Articleship exposure in audit, taxation, or financial consulting

·        Exposure to international payments or startup finance

·        Familiarity with automation tools or financial dashboards
