Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping
• Handle petty cash and daily expense tracking
• Prepare and manage:
• Tax invoices
• Proforma invoices
• Debit notes & credit notes
• Work on Tally Prime for accounting entries and reconciliation
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, compliance, and filings
• Assist in bank coordination, payments, and follow-ups

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage export documentation (basic level)
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills
• Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records

Administration & Operations

• Prepare quotations using MS Excel
• Handle routine office administration tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
• Support smooth daily operations of the company
• Maintain records, trackers, and reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Basic knowledge of Accounts & Bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
• Understanding of:
• Invoicing
• GST basics
• Debit / Credit notes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
