Job Title: Accounts Manager – Finance & Operations

• What You’ll Do: Manage accounts receivable & payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for PO, PI, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, including filing and documentation.
• Monitor bank transactions, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support management with cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
• What We’re Looking For:Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and digital tools.
• Self-driven, responsible, and committed to accuracy.

Qualification:Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting or related field

Experience:2–4 years in accounts, finance, or related role preferred
