Accounts Officer

• Assist the Accounts Manager in maintaining the books of accounts on Tally ERP and other

• Support in tracking and updating stock, mutual fund, and investment records

• Data entry of transactions — purchases, sales, dividends, SIPs, and redemptions

• Help prepare MIS reports, summaries, and account statements

• File and organise investment-related documents and vouchers

• Follow up with brokers, AMCs, and banks for confirmations and statements

• Assist in TDS working, GST entries, and reconciliation tasks

• Handle day-to-day office coordination related to the accounts department
