Accounts Payable & Procurement

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable & Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of vendor invoicing, purchase order (PO) handling, and payment processing. This role ensures accurate financial transactions, timely payments, and compliance with organizational policies while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management & Payment Processing

o Review, validate, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.

o Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors to maintain positive relationships and avoid late fees.

2. Purchase Order (PO) Management

o Create, raise, and process purchase orders for goods and services.

o Ensure POs are aligned with approved budgets and organizational requirements.

3. Invoice & PO Reconciliation

o Match invoices with corresponding POs and resolve discrepancies promptly.

o Maintain accurate records of reconciled transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

4. Vendor Query Resolution

o Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding PO and invoice-related queries.

o Investigate and resolve issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

5. Monthly Provisioning

o Prepare and manage monthly expense provisioning for the entire department.

o Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Shift Time - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Week off - 2nd & 4th Sat off | Sunday Fixed off

Salary - 32k Gross
