Admin Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and responsible Admin cum Receptionists to manage the front desk of our Gaming Café. This role is ideal for freshers or college students who are punctual, customer-friendly, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the café.

- Handle café bookings based on PCs and PS5 availability.

- Maintain booking records and ensure smooth customer flow.

- Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

- Ensure the café front desk is neat, clean, and organized at all times.

- Follow café policies strictly – playing games during duty hours is prohibited.

- Report daily bookings and attendance to the owner.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Education: Fresher / College Student can apply.

- Good communication skills in English or Hindi.

-Punctual and disciplined 

- Should be from Kandivali, Borivali, Malad, Dahisar for easy commute.

- Basic knowledge of computers will be an added advantage.

What We Offer:

- Friendly and safe working environment.

- We have 2 shifts. One for morning and one for night. Morning - 8am to 4pm. Night - 10pm to 6am. (For night shift, working hours may reduce as per customers' visit)
