Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage daily office operations, coordination, and backend processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative operations of the office
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and documentation
  • Work on Shiprocket for order dispatch, tracking, and logistics coordination
  • Maintain and update Zoho Books / basic accounts entries
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and site teams
  • Manage vendor coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain records of inventory, invoices, and payments
  • Assist in expo/event coordination and preparation
  • Handle client coordination and basic communication
  • Ensure smooth execution of all backend processes
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of accounts & invoicing
  • Experience with Zoho Books / Zoho tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Shiprocket or any logistics platform
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Prior experience in admin role preferred (0.5 – 2 years)
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileOrganized and responsible
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Based near Malad West (preferred)
