Admin Executive

We have an immediate open position for an Admin Executive for Andheri Location..

Job Description is as follows :

* Communication & Coordination with the centers across.

* Managing correspondence, scheduling batches and handling phone calls and facilitating communication between Faculty's and Students for batches

* Handling and maintaining Sales Target for Counsellors and ensure the closures

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative practices.

* Prior experience in a similar administrative role is often required.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Timings :

Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings will be as decided by the Management .. 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. , 9:30 to 7 pm or 10 to 7:30 p.m.
