Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coworking space. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, member satisfaction, facility maintenance, and vendor management while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Community & Member Satisfaction:


  • Create a friendly, professional atmosphere for members.
  • Resolve member issues promptly and manage onboarding/offboarding smoothly.

2.Facility & Equipment Management:


  • Ensure the availability of key facilities (Wi-Fi, pantry, printers).
  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure cleanliness and security.

3.Vendor & Supplier Management:


  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement processes.

4.Budgeting & Financial Oversight:


  • Manage the monthly operational budget and expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

5.Operational Process & Workflow Management:


  • Maintain efficient operational processes and monitor KPIs.
  • Streamline workflows for improved member experience.

6.Team & Collaboration:


  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure clear communication to meet operational goals.

7.Health & Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure the coworking space complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management with a focus on efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Strong facility and vendor management skills.
  • Financial acumen with budget management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve challenges and maintain a positive environment.


Eligibility:

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a coworking space.
  • Experience in facility management and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
