**Job Summary:** 

As a Marketing Manager at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will play a critical role in promoting our innovative 3D printing solutions and building our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Marketing Strategy:**

 - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

 - Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for our 3D printing solutions.

- **Brand Management:**

 - Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.

 - Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our products.

- **Digital Marketing:**

 - Manage online marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.

 - Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance using relevant metrics.

- **Market Analysis:**

 - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

 - Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.

- **Collaboration:**

 - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives.

 - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.

- **Reporting:**

 - Prepare and present marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

 - Monitor marketing metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- **Experience:**

 - Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.

- **Skills:**

 - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

 - Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.

 - Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Compensation:**

- CTC (Cost to Company): 15,000-25,000
