Job Description
We are a physiotherapy, posture & fitness clinic looking for a responsible and friendly Receptionist + Accounts Handler. The role includes patient communication, maintaining session records, managing appointments, and handling money in/money out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients at the clinic
• Manage calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient queries
• Schedule and reschedule appointments
• Maintain daily accounts (money received, expenses, session counts)
• Update patient sessions and follow-ups
• Explain treatments and packages (training/physio/lymphatic)
• Support the team in smooth clinic operations
• Maintain a clean, calm, professional front desk environment
