Admission Counsellor

An Aakash Admission Counselor is responsible for driving student enrollments by counseling prospective students and parents on medical/engineering test-prep courses (NEET, JEE), managing inbound/outbound leads via calls and walk-ins, and achieving monthly sales targets. They also conduct school seminars, maintain client relationships, and handle end-to-end admission paperwork.

• Counseling & Sales: Advise students on career paths, courses, and fee structures to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Target Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Lead Management: Handle database calls, follow up on leads, and manage walk-ins/telephonic inquiries.
• Marketing Activities: Conduct school seminars, open workshops, and field activities to generate database and brand awareness.
• Relationship Management: Build relationships with students and parents to foster trust in the brand. 

equired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Generally requires 1–8 years of experience, preferably in educational counseling or telesales.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and, often, local regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Telugu).
• Target-Driven: Strong sales-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
