Admission Counsellor

Role Objective

The Admissions Counsellor at RAO IIT MEDICAL will be responsible for calling parents and students, counselling them about RAO’s JEE/NEET/Foundation programs, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions. This is a target-driven role with attractive incentives based on performance.

Calling & Parent Counselling

• Make daily outbound calls to parents/students from enquiry databases.
• Explain Rao IIT Medical’s teaching model, results, and courses.
• Build trust through structured counselling and confidently answer queries.

Lead Follow-up & Conversion

• Follow up on leads from digital ads, walk-ins, seminars, school tie-ups, and scholarship exams (RISE).
• Convert prospective students into admissions.

Admission Growth & Target Achievement

• Achieve/exceed monthly admissions targets.
• Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
• Contribute to centre revenue growth.

Fee & Scholarship Communication

• Explain course fees, installment options, early bird offers, and RISE exam scholarships (10–50% discount).

Documentation & Enrollment Support

• Guide parents through registration, document submission, payment confirmation, and batch allocation.

Daily Reporting & CRM Updates

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
• Report daily on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending prospects.

✅ Skills Required

• Excellent spoken communication (English + Hindi)
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities
• Energetic, goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable with long hours of parent calling
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp)

• Experience in telecalling/admissions/sales preferred
