Job Description
- Key Responsibilities (Core Focus – Sales & Admissions)Data Calling:
- Make outbound calls to school data, enquiry databases, and internal leads to generate interest in RAO IIT MEDICAL programs.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate fresh leads through:
- School data calling
- Parent references
- Events, seminars, and walk-ins
- Follow-ups on digital & campaign leads
- Admissions Counselling:
- Counsel parents and students on:
- IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation & Olympiad programs
- Course structure, fees, batches, and academic outcomes
- Sales Conversion & Closing:
- Strong ability and intent to crack admissions / close sales
- Handle objections confidently and ethically
- Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed admissions
- Follow-ups & Relationship Management:
- Regular follow-ups with parents
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Ensure high lead-to-admission conversion ratio
- CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate calling data, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM / Excel
- Daily reporting of calls made, leads generated, and conversions
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets
- Work with the centre head to drive enrolment growth
