Job Details: 

We are looking for Counsellors willing to make a difference in counselling and mentoring professionals in the field of Education and Human Development. 

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 6pm). Alternate Saturday half day.

Skills Needed: 

Understand all services provided by the company for various programs offered by the University. 

Do outbound calling on leads received through marketing activities/database & cold calling

Handle inbound prospect calls/leads and convert them into students

Consult, counsel and follow up with potential students, understand their requirements, communicate details of the programs, suggest a roadmap, and sign them up for services

Build a sales pipeline and achieve target numbers

Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities

Maintain CRM and database of prospects
