Key Responsibilities

* Provide in-depth academic counselling for JEE & NEET aspirants.

* Guide students and parents on course structure, batches, timelines, and exam strategy.

* Handle senior-level counselling for walk-ins, leads, and conversions.

* Oversee admissions targets and counselling quality.

* Mentor and monitor junior counsellors.

* Act as a bridge between academic faculty, management, and parents.

* Ensure high standards of student satisfaction and ethical counselling.
