### **Job Overview:** 

Rao IIT Medical is looking for dynamic and result-oriented **Admission Counsellors** for its Mumbai locations. The role involves **end-to-end counselling and sales**, from lead generation to closing admissions. You will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process for **IIT-JEE and NEET coaching programs**, ensuring maximum enrolments through effective communication and persuasion.

### **Key Responsibilities:** 


#### **1. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups:** 

- Call prospective students and parents from the provided database. 

- Counsel students about **IIT-JEE & NEET coaching programs** and their career prospects. 

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. 

- Follow up with leads to convert them into admissions. 


#### **2. Counselling & Conversion:** 

- Understand the academic goals of students and suggest suitable coaching programs. 

- Provide complete details on course curriculum, faculty, fees, and study materials. 

- Clarify doubts regarding entrance exam preparation and batch schedules. 

- Convince students and parents to enroll in suitable programs. 

- Ensure timely admission closures and achieve enrolment targets. 


#### **3. Admission Process & Documentation:** 

- Guide students through the admission process, including filling out forms and submitting necessary documents. 

- Ensure all documentation is complete and fees are collected as per guidelines. 

- Coordinate with internal teams (academics, finance, and operations) for smooth onboarding. 


#### **4. Sales & Target Achievement:** 

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets. 

- Identify potential students through telecalling and face-to-face counselling. 

- Maintain an updated database of potential and enrolled students. 


#### **5. Relationship Management:** 

- Build and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents. 

- Address post-admission queries related to batch schedules, study material, and faculty. 

- Stay updated on competitors’ course offerings and market trends.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:** 

- **Education:** Graduate (Any stream) / Postgraduate (Preferred but not mandatory). 

- **Experience:** 1-3 years in admission counselling, sales, or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). 

- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (preferred). 

- **Sales & Persuasion Skills:** Ability to convince students and parents. 

- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms. 

- **Target-Driven:** Should be highly motivated to achieve sales goals. 

- **Multitasking:** Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
