Job Description
- Counsel students and parents on courses, career options, and skill pathways
- Understand student interests, strengths, and academic background
- Explain course details, duration, fees, eligibility, and career scope
- Assist students with admission process and documentation
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions (in-person / telephonic / online)
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records
- Participate in career guidance seminars, workshops, and events
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
- Achieve enrolment and counselling targets ethically
- Build long-term trust and rapport with students and parents
